Useful Tip Friday

Hooray, it’s Friday! Since it’s just about time for the weekend, how about starting it off with some useful tips?
If you just bought an expensive pair of eyewear, you typically want them to last as long as possible. Scratches and dings in your lenses can be very upsetting.  To help avoid potentially hazardous situations, today’s useful tips can help you care for your sunglasses properly.

1.       Keep an eye on the weather.
When Mother Nature unleashes her fury, it can be bad on your sunglasses.  Try to avoid leaving your glasses out in the elements when they are not in use. Extreme heat and cold may cause your eyewear to peal or crack.

2.       Microfiber is a fabulous thing.
Got fingerprints? Clean them off the safe way using a microfiber cloth. These little cloths are the perfect solution for smears or smudges on your sunglasses. Just rub them across your lenses a few times and the dirt is gone!

3.       Case closed!
When not in use, store your sunglasses in a hard-shelled case. This is the best way to ensure they will stay safe and not encounter damage.

Hope you enjoyed the tips and keep those sunglasses safe!
